At The Snore Reliever Company our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of item(s).

Please fill out the RMA Form to request your refund.

*If VitalSleep was not molded properly we will provide you will a free replacement. Your order also includes a 1 year warranty in which we will replace your mouthpiece free of charge for 1 year.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the amount of the product. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping cost paid by buyer are not refundable.

How to Return or Exchange VitalSleep:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

To request an RMA number online please fill out the RMA Form to request your refund. We do not provide RMA numbers by phone.

Place the original items into a shipping package.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer packaging.

Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.

Ship via USPS or UPS mail service.
