At The Snore Reliever Company our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of item(s). Email us at support@vitalsleep.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
*If VitalSleep was not molded properly we will provide you will a free replacement within 30 days. Your order also includes a 1 year warranty in which we will replace your mouthpiece free of charge for 1 year.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the amount of the product. We will even pay the shipping fee to return it to us. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of your refund request. Shipping cost paid by buyer are not refundable.
How to Return or Exchange VitalSleep:
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To request an RMA number online please EMAIL us at support@vitalsleep.com with your name, shipping address and order number. We do not provide RMA numbers by phone.
Place the original items into a shipping carton.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.
Ship via USPS or UPS mail service.
