We will even refund your shipping costs to return to us. Email us at info@stopsnoringmouthpiece.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization number.

*If VitalSleep was not molded properly we will provide you will a free replacement within 30 days.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the amount of the product. Shipping cost paid by buyer is not refundable. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of your refund request.

How to Return or Exchange VitalSleep:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

To request an RMA number online please EMAIL us at info@stopsnoringmouthpiece.com with your name, shipping address and order number.

Place the original items into a shipping carton.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.

Ship via USPS or UPS mail service.
